I needed to have my air conditioning fixed. I was told that if I drop the vehicle off on Monday, I would be able to pick it up Monday evening Tuesday morning at the very latest and the repair w I was told that if I drop the vehicle off on Monday, I would be able to pick it up Monday evening Tuesday morning at the very latest and the repair would be complete. Monday evening I was told that my vehicle was not be ready because another part was needed to complete the repair. I was told the vehicle would be ready by Thursday. The vehicle was not ready by Thursday. I was not able to get my vehicle back until Saturday. I paid a total of $3,605 and the air conditioning system still does not work properly. My stepmother became gravely ill, and I was unable to travel to see her. Passed away Saturday evening. The dealership said they could not give me a loaner because I was traveling out of the state of Oklahoma. Mechanic told me I could always rent a car. I originally had plans to travel to Kentucky for a family reunion for the Fourth of July holiday. My family and I had to travel 11 hours in a car that air conditioning unit could only cool the vehicle to 85° for 11 hours. I am a chronic part and long patient. This was very unhealthy for me. Causes my heart to start racing due to the stress of the heat. I was told that I have to pay an additional $2500 for another component to completely fix my car and then the air conditioner will work properly. More
