I love my 2017 Honda CV-R. I didn’t have had any problems until 2 weeks ago. I had an emergency tow to this dealer and they looked at it promptly. While the diagnostic didn’t show an easy or low cost fix, Samantha kept me completely informed while she located the necessary out of stock part at another dealer. Shipping the part to Lehigh Valley Honda took longer than expected but again, Samantha kept me updated with delivery dates and costs as well answering any questions promptly. I’m totally satisfied with the repair to my car by Lehigh Valley Honda. The personal touch from my Service Advisor Samantha made the experience even better. More
