As i drove away I realized the transmission is REALLY messed up. It has no idea when to shift. I didn't have time bring it back as i came from out of town to buy this truck and had to get home. Can't believe Lenoir Ford sold me a 2019 Ford truck with this big a problem. Taking it to my local Ford dealer to what it will take to fix it. Lenoir Ford claims every vehicle goes through a strict inspection before they sell it. How did they miss this???? More

Ben Pina who sold me my Nissan Sentra 2018 went above and beyond finding me the exact car I wanted and it's even better than what I had imagined. Ben texted me pictures of the car on a Friday and delivered the car the following Saturday morning. The car looks brand new inside and out and is in excellent condition for a 2018 car. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I got. I also talked with Chris Kleman about getting an extended warranty and he was so sweet, and very professional and explained everything in detail. Ben and Chris are definitely an asset to Lenoir City Ford. Both men took really good care of me, and I will never forget how well they treated me. I felt like family and that is so important when buying a car. The whole experience was truly amazing, and I couldn't ask for better service. More
