Communication with salesman during the selling process very good, follow thru on an immediate vehicle problem brought to salesman’s attention , communication was non existent! Ended up taking the truck very good, follow thru on an immediate vehicle problem brought to salesman’s attention , communication was non existent! Ended up taking the truck ,180 miles, to a local dealership where the problem was diagnosed , parts are ordered but “ service vehicle soon” alert remains. The GM and service manager were however helpful. More

My sales person and the key to everything was Baldemar . I did not work with Bill. Baldemar was amazing. He was very professional very thorough and great with follow up.
