Skip has no real customer service skills, no tact, and you will irritate him if you start asking questions about a vehicle. Next, should you want a manager because you don't want to deal with Skip, Justin will mislead you on the price of the vehicle. Once you reach out to the ownership because your business isn't worth the time to fix the obvious issues at hand, they call it "obsticles" and delfect from the the root cause of poor customer service.
