Our experience with Skip and the staff was just tremendous. Everyone was kind and helpful. The whole process of searching, test driving, and buying only took 2 hours, which is considerably less time than other businesses. Skip took the time to find out what our needs were and then brought a few trucks to us to test drive. We found exactly what we wanted. He let us know that the sticker price is what it is and there is no negotiation of the price. We had already been searching online and knew that the prices were within the area norm. We had a 3 day bumper to bumper coverage and found 3 small things on the truck that needed to be repaired. They had us bring the truck in the next day and fixed everything with a smile. We were treated like family and really appreciated the overall experience and look forward to continuing our relationship. Great Humanitarian Bran Lenz is a wonderful person and a real humanitarian. My Sister was walking, she fell on an uneven sidewalk. Brad was driving by, his daughter saw Bran Lenz is a wonderful person and a real humanitarian. My Sister was walking, she fell on an uneven sidewalk. Brad was driving by, his daughter saw her fall, told her Dad, he turned and saw that she was still lying on the sidewalk. He turned around and went back to help her. He got her up off the sidewalk and gave her a ride home, he also offered to take her to the hospital. My family and I would like to thank Brad for helping her. She broke her wrist in 2 places and had to have surgery to put pins in to set the bones. She didn't have a cell phone to call for help so his stopping to help her was a real God send Thank you so much Brad. More

I was pleasantly surprised they not only had couple trucks I was looking for, but several. I decided to take a drive and was introduced to Skip Parent. Skip was very professional and walked me though what my options were and answered all my questions. Once we determined what best fit my needs I was introduced to Sam Pegram. I was surprised at how hard Sam worked on my financials and was able to beat my personal banks interest rate and term. No Pressure Environment! This was my first experience with Lenz Truck Center. I found them searching the internet for a particular truck, and they had one on their website. I This was my first experience with Lenz Truck Center. I found them searching the internet for a particular truck, and they had one on their website. I live about 45-50 minutes away so I phoned the dealership to confirm that it was still there. I spoke with Brandon Floerke, who informed me that it was still available. We made arrangements to see the truck, on the morning of the day we were going to meet, I found another truck on their website. I called Brandon to confirm it was still available and it was. He said "I"ll them up front and ready for you when you get here." Not only were the 2 trucks there, he took the liberty of bringing another one he thought might fit our needs. I can't say enough about Brandon. No pressure, just a civil, mature conversation. We hit it off right away as we have similar interests. After test driving several trucks, we ended up purchasing the second truck I was interested in. It was worth the drive to have a pleasant experience. More
