I was looking for a certified used Equinox with low miles. They had 2 that were in my radar and I did an online trade-in for my 2018 Equinox and it was a little less than the Edmonds trade-in that I di miles. They had 2 that were in my radar and I did an online trade-in for my 2018 Equinox and it was a little less than the Edmonds trade-in that I did (and their email a week before saying “we want your car” ) When I went to Lester Glenn their trade-in value was 25% less than their online one (and email) After negotiations I got it down to 20% less. I guess don’t rely on what they say, They also had a “mistake” when doing all their inspections. When I got home and opened glove compartment, on top of all other paperwork they left service records from previous owner with all their personal info. How many people didn’t open the glove box? More

My salesman Leo Salgado was PATIENT, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for my ne Chevrolet today!
