If I could rate our experience with more stars I most certainly would! We were in search of a 3rd row SUV to lease. Our current lease was ending in 2 weeks. Nick Barile was the gentleman we first spoke with and he immediately got to work in finding the vehicle that was perfect for our family. We had certain specifications that we required/preferred in our vehicle. Nick was not only attentive to those requirements but went above and beyond to offer several different vehicle options for us to choose from that had even more options than we anticipated and all within our budget. Nick was always a pleasure to talk to and made the process so smooth and comfortable. I have 3 kids at home (toddlers and a school age child that is remote learning) so my days are hectic. Nick and I communicated a lot by text, which personally for me, made the process so much easier! Nick was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and courteous. He truly went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met within in our budget and within a limited timeframe. Once it was time to head to the dealership and sign the paperwork we met Lou Cipriani, who would be handling the finalization of the sale. Lou was such a great guy! So welcoming right from the get go. He made sure the process was fast and easy! We leased a 2020 Chevy Traverse, which they gave us an excellent deal on. Lou was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to explain in detail and go over every part of the vehicle. He made sure to advise us of different options the dealership offers when you are leasing and even free services to take advantage of. Lou was also nothing short of amazing! The dealership itself was very clean, clearly following all Covid-19 CDC guidelines/requirements. All were very friendly. My husband and I even started chatting with Nick and Lou before leaving just about everyday things. It was like we had known them forever.
