We definitely knew we didn't want to lease again, at this time. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile by Drew Ward when we had entered Lester Glen Chevrolet, and both he and Joseph Horsfield were very compassionate in listening to, as well as meeting all of our concerns. We decided to purchase a certified pre-owned Equinox that truly exceeded our expectations. Then we met Devin Jensen, who also answered many questions about the gap insurance, extended warranty and service for our new vehicle. One other thing that we noticed, because it is evident as you sit there observing, is the pleasant atmosphere of the employees there. Everyone smiling and encouraging one another, wow! It kinda makes you not want to leave, we felt very at home there. They offered us multiple times, water coffee or tea... this was a very pleasurable experience and we were blessed to be cared for by them. We are completely satisfied, and even after a couple of days thinking about it, we still believe it was a great decision, knowing we made the right call in purchasing this vehicle. Broken Seat After taking my car into Toms River Lester Glenn Chevy for just a routine inspection for safety issues and for peace of mind in my own head, I found o After taking my car into Toms River Lester Glenn Chevy for just a routine inspection for safety issues and for peace of mind in my own head, I found out that the car had received a clean bill of health all except for my broken seat I had realized that was not tilting up and down in the front anymore, I was able to get the car back into the dealer the next day and after close inspection and a couple of emails back and fourth with Joseph J Monica Jr. Service Manager, at Lester Glenn he has informed me that yes indeed the part in question could've been broken while they had the car in their possession and he has assured me that the broken seat would be fixed at no cost to me. I do not like or deal with too many dealerships as that is the person I am, I have all but 3 dealerships I have trusted in my many years of driving, Lester Glenn in Toms River has just earned my respect and has been added to my 3 favorite dealerships to give them my business Thank you Joseph J Monica Jr Of Lester Glenn for proving to me that indeed there are good people out there that want to do the right thing More

While I can't point out anything one thing specifically that he did, this experience was unlike any other we have gone through over the last 55 years. My wife hates the process and usually keeps herself miles away from the experience and only comes into the picture when it's time to sign documents, not so this time from our arrival to the time she drove off she was involved in the transaction. Dealers and sale people are usually lying sacks of you know what. This was not the case here Louis dealt with the closing In a professional and curteouse and way all while using his inter personal skills to charm us and take care of all our needs. After only a short time with the salesman Ed, I was signing paperwork on my new 2016 Camaro SS. I was happy with the price we agreed on and enjoyed being treated with respect I never felt pressured at all.
