I pulled up to the service department for the first time and I was amazed to be greeted by a valet!!! Kathy Wilson was amazing! I had many questions, Kathy said, "you obviously have never been here before" and I was amazed to be greeted by a valet!!! Kathy Wilson was amazing! I had many questions, Kathy said, "you obviously have never been here before" I laughed as she patiently walked me through the process. I have never experienced such an efficient service department. I came in for air conditioner service. She found a safety recall for my Outback, provided me with a free loaner vehicle and called when everything was finished. When I was on my way home, I realized I hadn't gotten my insurance card back. I looked in my glovebox and Kathy had put it back for me. The attention to detail is totally refreshing! Thank you for your exceptional service! More
