They were able to take my car on same day for diagnostics and fix it by end of day. Kathleen was my service person and she was friendly, considerate and competent. She did a great job explaining answers when I had concerns. I would definitely use this dealership again.

They carefully diagnosed the problem, kept me informed throughout the repair, and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Since the repair was covered under warranty, everything was handled efficiently, and I felt they truly stood behind Subaru’s commitment to its customers.
The entire team was courteous, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect from start to finish. My car is now running great, and I appreciate the quality of the work and the excellent customer service I received. I would definitely recommend this dealership’s service department to anyone needing maintenance or repairs.
