My complaint is not with service but on your new fee for using a credit card to pay for service. As if the cost of living isn't going through the roof, you are now charging your faithful customers a credit using a credit card to pay for service. And yes, I know other businesses are following suit, but you guys make enough money with the ridiculous cost of leasing cars, the increase in service costs for the customer and now you can't resist making yet more money by charging a credit card fee. Really appalling and shameful. As far as my service rep, she is kind and professional and I have absolutely no complaints concerning her. She is a ray of sunshine. More
