After reviewing your visit in detail, our team noted that your vehicle did have significant wear concerns, including tires worn to 0/32” with metal cords exposed, front brakes at 2mm, and an audible exhaust leak coming from an area covered by shields, which can’t be seen visually. We understand that unexpected repairs are frustrating and costly, and that’s why your service advisor Nicole also reached out to Subaru on your behalf and was able to secure $2,000 in assistance toward your catalytic converter replacement.
