She actually picked me up at the hotel and drove me to the dealership because I couldn't find the keys to my rental! (I never did find them.) She went the extra mile, with gifts and friendliness, made me feel valued and comfortable. I was disappointed there was only one key fob with the car. So what happens a couple weeks after I drove it home? Another key fob came in the mail! She's one of those sales people that understands that actions after the fact can be just as impressive and appreciated. More
