I had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership three years ago. Experience was reasonably good then, with an attentive staff and experienced sales department. This time around, it was a whole different ballgame, like night and day. Different management, all different staff and general demeanor across the board. Definitely not Lexus customer oriented, or savvy. The sales staff was also un-together, incompetent, repeatedly sending texts and emails having little to do with my original request. 2 Sales people and a Sales manager later, I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from another dealership altogether, one that was more direct, more honest, more business oriented. The type of mannered Lexus dealership I have repeatedly dealt with over the past 25 years. Avoid that place. More

It’s no longer owned locally and there is more of a big company sterile feel to the environment. The dealership bought my 2018 LC500 and had me sign over the title to them without giving me the agreed upon company sterile feel to the environment.
