I took it to a local dealership, who told me the wrong oil filter was used, and it wasn't tightened, so was losing oil for the 4.5 hour drive home and in all the terrible traffic. Buy from a high dealership and get a vehicle owned by a more responsible person. The dealership was very welcoming and always transparent. We actually never felt pressure, which was a nice change. Our next vehicle will be purchased at this dealership! More
