A few details fell short of what I expected for a premium purchase: • Licensing preferences — My specific preferences weren’t honored during the registration process, which required follow-up on my end. • Vehicle condition — The car arrived with missing washer fluid and needed a thorough detail, which shouldn’t be necessary on a brand-new vehicle. • Delivery logistics — The vehicle became soiled during the delivery/repair process, and I had to address cleanliness issues myself. The vehicle itself is outstanding, and my salesman’s work was flawless. However, if Sarasota Lexus fine-tuned their delivery coordination and ensured vehicles arrive in pristine condition, the overall experience would be truly seamless. Mark and Toby were great. Everyone was nice and they expedited the process for us. My only negative was the service department. After I left, there was oil on my carport. I took it to a local dealership, who told me the wrong oil filter was used, and it wasn't tightened, so was losing oil for the 4.5 hour drive home and in all the terrible traffic.
