My son wanted me to trade my 2021 RX 350 front wheel drive for a 2022 RX 350 AWD because I would be spending the winter in Cleveland. He contacted Nora at Akron-Canton Lexus. I drove my 2021 to Akron f drive for a 2022 RX 350 AWD because I would be spending the winter in Cleveland. He contacted Nora at Akron-Canton Lexus. I drove my 2021 to Akron for an appraisal. Nora handled the rest by phone and email. On My next trip to Akron-Canton Lexus I drove home in my new 2022 RX 350 AWD. It was a great decision. It snows a lot in Cleveland in the winter. Before entering into another lease with BMW, we decided to give Mark Stacy a call to set up a time to test drive a Lexus RX 350. Mark’s professionalism and ability to easily connect with us, his customers, kept us loyal to BMW for nine years but we thought it might be time for a change. I wasn't looking for a newer Lexus vehicle when I began to talk to Mark Stacy. Mark talked to me about the 2022 model coming out and I liked this particular car. After the test drive, I decided to lease th to talk to Mark Stacy. Mark talked to me about the 2022 model coming out and I liked this particular car. After the test drive, I decided to lease the new GX460 model. Also, I liked the leased vehicle I was driving for two years and I ended up buying out this lease and purchased that vehicle for my girlfriend....she loves the new ride! More

Nik and his team are the best of the best. I came in with a low tire pressure light without an appointment and within an hour they had a new tire mounted at a good price and had me on my way.
