Great car-buying experience at Lexus of Akron-Canton. My wife & I were working with Sales Consultant Kari Sherer who had only been on the job for 1 & 1/2 months. We were inter at Lexus of Akron-Canton. My wife & I were working with Sales Consultant Kari Sherer who had only been on the job for 1 & 1/2 months. We were interested in a 2012 Cadillac SRX. Because Kari wasn't knowledgeable about the car, she gained knowledge by looking over the car while we were in route to the dealership. While going over the features of the car with us, she was very knowledgeable and informative. While doing the paperwork she was also very patient and helpful during the whole buying experience up to and including the financing of the car. It is because of her kindness and with the help of the General Sales Manager, Jeff, that bought the car. We have bought over 50 cars in our 45 years of marriage and I can honestly say that this was truly one of the best car buying experiences that we had. More
