I live in Columbus. Canton is 2.5 hours from my home. There are two local Lexus dealerships. Jennifer Royce answered my questions, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, friendly and has a great sense of humor. She is the reason that I am driving 2.5 hours for my new car. Her manager is also extremely helpful and kind. After my first meeting and test drive, I knew that I only wanted to work with Jennifer despite the distance and proximity to local dealerships. Custom service matters and the culture of the Canton dealership is obvious. I also feel very fortunate that I landed with Jennifer. More
