I recently purchased a pre-owned Subaru WRX at Lexus of Akron Canton. It was raining the day I was available to view/testdrive the car. I asked Yoko if they could get the cat inside and dry it for me to inspect as I am a stickler for paint condition. Yoko agreed and when I arrived she was personally drying it in a service bay. The manager and finance lady gave me similar great experiences. No one was pushy, they wanted to make sure the car was a good fit for me. I have bought dozens of cars in my life and this was the best experience I can remember. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More

I had ordered all weather mats when I ordered the car. I reminded several individuals about the mats but still they were not available at the time I picked up the car. They were ordered and arrived within a week. This is not my first Lexus purchased at Akron Canton Lexus. Both my husband and I have been satisfied with the service we have received over the years. One recommendation would be to fix the car wash as it is always broken. In fact, I was going to bring my car in for a car wash February 19 but it was not functioning. More

She got back to me quickly, no matter how ridiculous my questions were. She provided me all the details, specs, price information, and other things I needed courteously and thoroughly. I would never have made this purchase with Akron Lexus (which is an hour and a half from where we live in Pittsburgh) if Joyce didn’t make me feel like I was in trusting hands. Then, when the time came to dot the i’s and spend the bucks, Ruth was also prompt and courteous and walked my wife through some complicated financial stuff such as wiring the money and taking care of all the taxes.
