The time spent reviewing the ins and outs of the car was not rushed and thorough. Shab, the General Manager, showed interest in us personally. He spent time visiting and we had ample opportunity to share our needs fully. We felt like the experience at the dealership with Shab was extra special in comparison to other dealerships. I have owned a Lexus for 23 years with 245000 miles on it, a testimony to the Lexus build, but it was time to get another car and we went to Lexus of Akron/Canton. We met the salesman Tyler Tope and we were so glad. Tyler put us at ease immediately. His biggest asset is his ability to listen to our thoughts and desires. It was refreshing to not feel we were being rushed into a decision. Tyler put a lot of work into us not knowing if there was going to be a payback. He took us on several test drives and even brought a car into the lot that matched what we were looking for for a test drive. He helped us build the car we wanted from paint to interior color and accessories. Since the car we wanted was not available locally he searched until he found what we wanted and kept us updated almost daily. Tyler is a calm, patient and thoughtful person that really enjoys what he's doing. If I was asked to recommend a salesman for a Lexus...Tyler is the man! More
