Wonderful experience Was time to bring my car in for regular service. This was my first visit to Lexus of Chattanooga and I couldn't have had a better experience. Not only did I get a loaner car (I didn't expect to have a brand new Lexus to drive since I purchased my vehicle elsewhere) but they washed my car too! I dealt with Ryan Kennedy and his professionalism and courtesy blew me away. I have heard horror stories about dealerships being too costly and performing unneeded services, but he explained everything thoroughly and it was worth every penny. My only complaint would be that it seems like the dealership itself is lacking the luxury ammenities I would have expected, but I was told they are getting ready to renovate. Overall I felt that Ryan and the rest of the Lexus of Chattanooga staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I will be returning. More

My husband and I were looking for a new 2016 Toyota Camry XLE with Parisian Night Pearl exterior and Ash Leather interior. After looking around the lot for several minutes and not seeing want we wanted we were headed to our car to go to another dealership. Before we reached our car Fred approached us. We told him what we wanted and it didn't appear that they had it. He asked if we had driven a 2016 Camry and since we had not we test drove an LE. Fred immediately started searching for the car we wanted. He didn't stop until he found it. I can't say enough good things about Fred Fortson. He really was so very accommodating making sure we got what we wanted. He was very patient showing me all the "bells and whistles" of my new dream car. This will be my third Toyota Camry and if Fred is still selling cars when I'm ready for my fourth Camry I'll seek him out. More
