Went to get a used car checked. Lexus spent hours making me wait for a mechanic to review it and kept transferring me to different people in the dealership then charged me for the inspection even though no me wait for a mechanic to review it and kept transferring me to different people in the dealership then charged me for the inspection even though no work was done on the cars (other area mechanics have not charged or have charged minimum amounts for inspections). Very difficult dealer to work with. More
