Airbag Recall Repair Experience Took My ES350 in for Airbag recall, Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. They gave me a loaner vehicle so I could return to work Took My ES350 in for Airbag recall, Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. They gave me a loaner vehicle so I could return to work. They repaired my airbag and called me when my car was ready. They also did a once over on my car and told me there were 3 issues that needed attention and gave me an estimate for the cost of these repairs. When I returned to pick up my car it had been washed and vacuumed. I had a great experience with the entire process. Thanks, Eric and all of the others that helped me. More

AMAZING! I went in for service but after FRED FORTSON talked with me, I leased a new car, Thanks you FRED, I love my car. Great service for unexpected travel stop! Jeffrey Milsaps was awesome. We had to quickly find a Lexus service place on our driving trip and even without an appt. Since we were on a driving schedule this was important. What a great experience! More

Great service with Eric I called Eric about a noise I was hearing at 60 mph rate of speed, he was quick to get my RX 350 in, called me few hours later, my SUV was ready. Pro I called Eric about a noise I was hearing at 60 mph rate of speed, he was quick to get my RX 350 in, called me few hours later, my SUV was ready. Problem fixed, he is great and is very professional and knowledgeable about Lexus RX 350.
