He quickly assessed the problem and came up with a temporary fix that significantly reduced the noise and made it safe for us to continue our trip. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help went above and beyond what we expected.
Thanks to Ryan’s assistance, we were able to get back on the road and complete our journey with much greater peace of mind. We are extremely grateful for his kindness, expertise, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

I was assigned Ryan Kennedy as my service consultant at
Lexus of Chattanooga. They had my vehicle for 4 days before they finally updated me on the issue with my vehicle. I attempted to contact Mr. Kennedy
Lexus of Chattanooga. They had my vehicle for 4 days before they finally updated me on the issue with my vehicle. I attempted to contact Mr. Kennedy several times and had to speak to a female that could not give me any information about my vehicle. Mr. Kennedy was supposed to get me a loaner vehicle for this time period and as stated I never could get him to call me back until he finally contacted me to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and it was not able to be repaired due to the repair cost was 3 times the value on the vehicle. I attempted to work with a salesperson to purchase a new vehicle but they could not get one on the lot for 2 months and would not assist in providing temporary transportation for that timeframe. Needless to say, I’m going to Georgia to get my new Lexus and will be having it serviced anywhere other than Lexus of Chattanooga which is only 15 minutes from my home. Very sad because there are some fantastic staff who do work there.
