Great service I made an appointment on line. I then received a call from my service advisor and we went over the service. I arrived early and was taken care of im I made an appointment on line. David, the service advisor and I sat down and we went over everything that was to be done. He gave me an estimated time of completion and I was actually completed before that time. My Lexus was washed and ready for me to drive away. Great service. More
Not Good I was totally displeased with the service I received. I brought the car in because it was time for the first six month service after I purchased the I was totally displeased with the service I received. I brought the car in because it was time for the first six month service after I purchased the car (also known as the 25K check), also I had the issue with the outside temp reading low on the display. It was 107 outside (actual) and the car displayed read as high as 97 after a twenty minute drive. The car was returned to me and they stated there was nothing wrong. I got in the car and noticed that the outside temp was only 88. At this point I got the service rep (I don't remember his name or the lead tech) and showed him the problem. The service rep saw that the car next to us was running and he asked what the temp was reading in the other car. The person in the car replied 97, the same as google temp for Henderson (my car still reading 88 degrees). Seeing that the temp was incorrect the service rep went in and got the Lead Technician to look at it. The lead tech basically said that a ten degree diff was acceptable. Then he started making all sort of excuses why this was acceptable. I still have the same problem. The outside temperature gauge still reads ten degrees low. Instead of fixing it they just made excuses. So what do I have to do to get the problem fixed. Just tested my car and after driving for twenty minutes the outside temp reads 99 when it's 108 (actual). More

Monday, June 1, I requested replacement of battery and I paid $150, your dealership should have replaced the battery free because I have less than 8,000 miles . More

So as we pulled into Lexus of Henderson at 5:40 they were locking up to close at 6:00 PM (on a Monday, who knew). That's all right says Paul Dackow, we'll get you outta here pretty quick. And yes he did too. We were out the door and driving our gently used beautiful Cadillac home by about 7:30. This was a car that I'd found on the internet, it's what we were looking for and Paul saw to it that we got this car as advertised. Thank you Lexus of Henderson. More
Best service from beginning to end. No pressure and very accommodating. Even put a big red bow on my car the day of pick up.
