By the time we left we had made our decision to purchase the vehicle that John had done such an excellent job of showing us, but wanted to wait a week before we announced our decision. When we informed John we would purchase the vehicle it had to be ordered and he kept us informed of when it would be delivered. When we came to pick it up John was able to take our car a 2017 Audi SQ5 and turn in it in for us as the lease was expiring. We left with our new Lexus and have to say it was a great experience dealing with John and Lexus of Melbourne. More
