Service for 60,000 John always is helpful and attentive. I always know my car is well taken care of! The only issue I had was I called on a Friday and got the voicemai John always is helpful and attentive. I always know my car is well taken care of! The only issue I had was I called on a Friday and got the voicemail for someone ( not John). I was calling to schedule. I never received a return call and tried again on Monday. It worked out and I was able to make the appointment for Friday. It was just unusual I didn’t get a call back that day. More

We received a prompt response from Keith Croft who was very helpful in scheduling a test drive. We met Shane Singer, the assigned sales rep, at the dealership and test drove the vehicle. Shane was very helpful and did not apply any sales pressure. The next morning, I began negotiating a deal with Keith via text message. We agreed upon an out the door price, and I supplied a $1000.00 deposit over the phone. Keith explained that we needed to come in and complete some paperwork, so the deal would be official. My wife and I agreed to come in and complete the paperwork when we got off work at 5:00. At 5:25, we received a call from Keith telling us the vehicle had been sold to someone else. Keith explained this was out of his control and was done by his management. More
