Great Experience I was interested in the purchase of a Lexus SUV and although I had a Toyota Highlander I wasn't sure about Lexus SUV's. Michael Green was thorough with me and explained the SUV models. I decided upon the GX460 and I am glad I did. Michael Green and the management staff of Lexus of Melbourne made the process simple and pretty painless. I must say that I almost thought this was too easy because I got what I wanted at the price I felt was fair. I am recommending Michael Green to all my friends. More

New car purchase I went to Lexus of Melbourne to check measurements of RX 350 to see if it would fit in my garage, surprisingly this young lady greeted at the door and I went to Lexus of Melbourne to check measurements of RX 350 to see if it would fit in my garage, surprisingly this young lady greeted at the door and offered to help. After several minutes she showed me several vehicles, then ask if I would like to take one for a test ride. After we returned she ask what you think. Next thing I know I had bought a new Lexus SUV. Excellent Customer Experience Eddie and Nicole assisted my wife and I who have relocated from Toronto Canada to SE Florida. My wife loves the RX350 and wanted #4 Lexus RX in Florid Eddie and Nicole assisted my wife and I who have relocated from Toronto Canada to SE Florida. My wife loves the RX350 and wanted #4 Lexus RX in Florida. Our Canadian credit rating is not recognized in the US having just moved here; we were denied credit at another Lexus dealer. Lexus of Melbourne took a bit of time to work with LFS and helped us receive our approval for our new RX350. Furthermore, Nicole met us half way to save us a 2 hour trip to Melbourne. That's going above and beyond! Thanks for all of your help, we're very happy with our purchase and overall experience!! More
