Best Car Purchase Experience With A Live Salesman! I have found car salesman to be pretty slick, sneaky and downright deplorable in the past which is why my last purchase was made through an intern I have found car salesman to be pretty slick, sneaky and downright deplorable in the past which is why my last purchase was made through an internet salesman and dealership. When I found this car (used) I had no choice but to deal with an actual person, but after reading a number of reviews I was hopeful that my experience would be OK. I can honestly say that my experience was very pleasant, actually pleasurable! Tom Hakimi took Exceptional care of me, taking quite a lot of time going over the nuances of the car. Then he called the following day to see if ai had any questions. Juan ILLERA was both kind and efficient offering me an even better rate than the bank I have been with for 20 yrs.. I was in and out in about 2 hrs which included a test drive on the highway. So, if you want a new or used Lexus or whatever else they might have in the used car Dept I highly recommend this dealership! Thanks to all there for the professionalism! It is greatly appreciated. Easiest Car Buying Experience EVER Robert was wonderful and easy to work with. We spoke over the phone and he was able to get the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted.
