I got the car looked at and there was an alarming issue that they diagnosed that was a pre existing issue by the way the build up was with oil. I spoke with Alfred and he was rude and dismissive. All he kept saying was why didn’t i hear about this earlier. Well, I could say he didn’t hear about this earlier because the car was allegedly inspected and serviced the day before i picked up the car so why would I assume there would be any problems. Clearly that was done poorly. He is not someone that should be in a management or lead position especially when you don’t know how to properly talk to a customer. Would never purchase from there again. More

Worst car experience of my life. Sold me faulty Jaguar and now taking forever to fix it (2 months and counting). No loaner, no estimate date of completion. The associates at the collision are just handler and now taking forever to fix it (2 months and counting). No loaner, no estimate date of completion. The associates at the collision are just handlers trying to calm ppl down for the long wait time. 2 months was my limit, and when I became impatient, Patricia (associate) became annoyed AT ME! lol that's rich . I'll be bankrupted by the car rental fees this experience has racked up on top of the car note I'm paying for a car I havent seen in 2 months. Horrible horrible horrible cursed dealership . I bought a LC500 convertible at this location and the experience at that moment was great. Just after a couple of months I just went back because the convertible was just to small for me and I wanted to experience at that moment was great. Just after a couple of months I just went back because the convertible was just to small for me and I wanted to trade for the IS500 The advertised price online for the specific car I wanted is 67k as well as the price reflected on the window sticker . When I start doing the paperwork they changed the price to 80k( 13k over the Real price of the car) this is without even previously telling me!! I left the dealer very disappointed, I have recommended this place to so many friends and as a returned customer buying luxury vehicles I honestly never thought they will just try to rip me off this way. When I asked to my sales person she just said: sorry, there is high demand so we are charging more. I will not buy a Lexus again after this experience. Luckily there are many other options More
