Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). She is meticulous with follow-up, has strong product knowledge and exemplary customer service skills! She took the time to video the various vehicles and emailed me consistently in addition to phone call follow ups which were greatly appreciated. My wife and I drove over from the west coast of Florida to meet with her and we couldn’t have been happier with our vehicle purchase!
