At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I am a returning Lexus customer and recently leased a 2026 Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of North Miami. Unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. In March, I completed a credit application t 2026 Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of North Miami. Unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. In March, I completed a credit application to secure agreed lease terms while the vehicle was in transit. When I came in to finalize the deal in April, the terms were changed, resulting in a higher cost than originally discussed. Additionally, I was told my license plate was inactive and had to purchase a new one for $175. After visiting the DMV, I confirmed the plate was actually active and transferable at the time, meaning this charge was unnecessary. I have attempted to contact the dealership to resolve these issues but have not received a response. I am posting this in hopes that management reviews this situation and reaches out to resolve it properly. More
