At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). LIAR ALMOST HAD ME SELL MY LIFE AWAY FOR A CAR. I came into dealership to purchase a vehicle under 10K. I knew what I wanted and asked to be shown the inventory that was available. Under the con I came into dealership to purchase a vehicle under 10K. I knew what I wanted and asked to be shown the inventory that was available. Under the context that I was going to have my credit examined I began to sign an agreement to have the dealership run my credit. I signed and gave social to Stan. He came back with sales paperwork for me to sign to purchase an $18500 vehicle. Stan literally LIED TO MY FACE TELLING ME THIS SIGNATURE WAS FOR STANDARD PROTOCOL, THAT THE PAPER THAT I WAS SIGNING WOULD BE THROWN OUT AFTER MY CREDIT WAS EXAMINED WHEN IN FACT IT WAS FINAL SALES PAPERWORK FOR PURCHASE OF A 2014 CAMRY 16K MILES FOR $18500. INSULTING. STAN TRIED TO GET ME TO SIGN FOR PAYMENT OF 18500 FOR A VEHICLE WHEN I BEING TOLD I WAS SIGNING TO HAVE MY CREDIT RUN. I don't know if this practice is illegal but I know it would have cost me thousand of dollars to hire an attorney to get me out of the contract with the vehicle that I did not agree to buy. SHOULD HAVE SNAPPED PICS OF THE DOCUMENTS RIGHT THERE TO POST HERE. DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES. I WILL NEVER BRING ME BUSINESS TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More
