Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Betrayed by your own "family" Yesterday I went to Lexus of North Miami with the "Intentions" of trading one of my cars that I got with them a year ago. My car is a lease for 3 year Yesterday I went to Lexus of North Miami with the "Intentions" of trading one of my cars that I got with them a year ago. My car is a lease for 3 years, however I was interested in trading it after one year for the new NX model. I said i couldnt pay a penny more than what I was paying for my IS250 which is $550.00 monthly. Once i said that, the salesman (Fabian) heard it and simply said "THIS IS NOT THE CAR FOR YOU" he apologized and simply stood by his word saying he couldt help me at all and that it was not his fault the price of the car was that high, that it was the bank and to look at other cars. But that's not what I wanted, i wanted to leave Lexus of North Miami with a new NX model. I believe I am a great customer having two cars from there as well as referring customers or potential customers and it bothered me that I couldnt get the car that i wanted and the salesman couldnt even make an effort to help me. Not even by sitting in the computer and giving me numbers or a suggestion. I dont believe I will be going back, since I got a WAY better attention and a great deal at Vera Cadillac! Everyone at Lexus seems to be too busy and doesnt have the time to even help a good paying customer and never will i make one referral and embarrass myself in that way! More
