At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). What can I say? Kevin was my service advisor. He was kind and respectful but not much of people person is the feeling I got. Your valet staff, cashier staff, and Kevin was my service advisor. Your valet staff, cashier staff, and showroom staff were all more concerned about being on their cell phones and having conversation amongst themselves that anytime I approached anyone for help or a question, I was looked at like I was rude because I interrupted them doing personal things on their wok time. Customer service is definitely lacking amongst your staff and everyone could really use refresher training on how to treat customers and friendliness. This is the only Lexus dealership I have ever been to that I have felt unwelcome and treated like an annoyance than a person. More

The service writer did not form the work that I had authorized.
