Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought my car in for service and it was returned to me in worse condition than I left it. My vehicle has a white interior, and it came back dirty I brought my car in for service and it was returned to me in worse condition than I left it. My vehicle has a white interior, and it came back dirty with greasy handprints on the doors. The trunk was completely dismantled, and instead of being reassembled properly, I was just handed a loose lock in my hand. When I asked my assigned service advisor why my car was returned this way, he walked out of his office and has since ignored all of my calls and messages. This is not only unprofessional, it shows a complete lack of respect for the customer. A dealership should return a car clean, complete, and safe — not dirty, taken apart, and with zero accountability. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and has destroyed my confidence in this service department. More
