As a long time Lexus Customer, the service is consistent and easy. The only thing that has declined significantly is the customer service with the reservations team and cashiers. I went for in for a recall and a oil change and to get my tires rotated. Everything seemed to go great until I checked my tire pressure a few days after getting my tires rotated and I was stunned, because be tires rotated. Everything seemed to go great until I checked my tire pressure a few days after getting my tires rotated and I was stunned, because before I went I checked my pressure on my dash and it said that my 2 rear tires only had 29 psi in them and the front tires had 30 psi in them. So after a couple days after my $29.99 tires rotation the pressure was exactly the same pressure as it was before the visit to the dealership. So that tells me that they charged me for a tire rotation and didn't do it. Because if they did it should have 33psi in all 4 tires not 29 in the back and 30 in the front. I called the dealership and complained about it and they told me that they were going to investigate it and get back with me and they never did. When you go get a tire rotation they checked your pressure and if it is low they pump it up and rotate the tires but they failed and that's how I know that they didn't do it. Very disappointed 😞 More
