Casual experience I went in to get my battery checked. It had a bad cell so it was replaced. As i waited, it was appraised and i saw a few new models. By the time the car was ready, i was working in a deal to trade in my older vehicle for a new one. My interest rate was better and i would have the same payments so i left with a new GS. Its my fourth lexus in 10 years and still have the other 2 because they rarely have any problems. The salesman was extremely patient, as was the guy in finance. More

Once again, I end up with another lease!!!! It happened again, I went to service my IS 350 for the 30,000 miles check and left the dealer with still another brand new Lexus throughout my history It happened again, I went to service my IS 350 for the 30,000 miles check and left the dealer with still another brand new Lexus throughout my history with them. . After being greeted and helped by Mr. Julio my service rep, I asked him I wanted to discuss with someone my car lease options. I had 14 months left on my lease, and was interested in getting an SUV so I can take care of my bikes rack situation. He kindly referred me to Nabila I think her name is in finance department who carefully listened to my needs and offered to try her best to get me out of the IS lease and try to lower my payments as well. I expressed my interest in the NX 200t.. She then connected me with Mr. Alex Suarez who took the time to take over my application and was very professional during this whole transition. Long story short, they managed to play with the numbers and with the help of the manager on duty, Mayer they were able to put me on the new loaded NX 200T. Alex was very thorough explaining me every single feature in the new NX and I could not be more appreciative of his kindness and attention. If there was one thing I would have changed about this deal was not asking them at the time about the possibility of getting into the new RX350 lease program. I get to see a couple of those parked in my building garage everyday and man I wish could be driving one of those instead. I hate that feeling, but overall I'm happy with my NX200T and hope it will be good to me for the next years ahead. More

All in all, there isn't any other place to bring your vehicle besides the service department at Lexus of North Miami! More
Stupefyingly horrid service dept The service dept. experience is horrid since they mainly work off of commission and, thus, relentlessly try to sell unnecessary services. For example, without actually inspecting each item, they tell you to replace your windshield wipers, a/c air filter, & engine air filter even when they have all been replaced only a few months ago. The technical/mechanical knowledge of all the service advisors is just about zero since they are essentially salespeople. In the unfortunate event you must utilize the service dept, stay away from Harvey Gonzalez and Bobby Rahmani in particular. And if you think the service manager, Ed Rubenfeld, will help you with any disputes with your service advisor, think again, as all he thinks about is getting higher commissions as well. Any shady behavior is encouraged by upper management since the dealership is expensive to operate (those "free" amenities need to be paid for somehow) and relies on profits from Toyota of Hollywood to stay afloat. Lexus corporate (Lexus Customer Assistance Center 1-800-255-3987) is inundated with customer complaints from this dealership, so make sure to open a case when you are mistreated. Hopefully, Lexus corporate will someday get the picture concerning the irreparable damage this dealership is inflicting on the Lexus brand. Back when this business was known as Countyline Lexus at its old location (Hollywood, FL), it was an amazing dealership with a service dept. that treated its customers with respect. Now, do yourself a huge favor and drive up to JM Lexus. I drive about 30 miles each way to JM Lexus to get my vehicle serviced, even though I live about 3 mins away from Lexus of North Miami. A few of the honest service advisors at JM I recommend are Bob Boumel and Chris Margolis. This review is based on a decades' worth of owning/servicing several Lexus models at several Florida dealerships. More
The Worst Lexus Dealership I've ever been to I have never been to a worse dealership. I have had 3 Lexus cars and been to several dealers for service and this one is by far the worst. They could care less about you once they get your money. They are an embarrassment to the Lexus brand. If you go to the service department and see a guy named Chris Martino, I would leave immediately. He is the worst. He took pleasure in telling me they had no loaner cars on a Sunday when my a/c went out, I would bet money he was lying because I drove an hour north to a smaller dealership in Palm Beach and guess what, they took complete care of me even though it was Sunday and they are much smaller... He just didn't want to get out of his chair in his air conditioned office. He was sarcastic and rude. Other employees there told me he is always like this and they are surprised he still has a job.
