Nick and I communicated throughout the week and let him know that we would be there on Saturday 9/18 coming from Orlando. Nick kept me updated every step of the way. I will continue to provide rave reviews for Nick and Jack. Both are personable, display plenty of class and are attentive to detail. I can’t thank each of them enough. A great experience and honestly Lexus stands out among any other manufacturer simply by acknowledging and accepting their faults. In my case, there was a material issue (ripping itself) of the dash of any other manufacturer simply by acknowledging and accepting their faults. In my case, there was a material issue (ripping itself) of the dash of my GS350 and they have generously offered to replace it for free, even if the warranty expired (is within the miles but not the years). That for me is taking responsibility and not implying that after the warranty period your car can implode, "we charge you for everything", like others in the industry. Thank you! More
