Drop my car off at 12Pm on 1/19/2021 for oil change and 3 recall . Got a call to pick up the car but not enough time to go before the shop close. Call at 1pm was told that I cannot pick up the car yet as they detailing my car. Got my car at 4:45pm . Car was not even wash properly . There was many light pop all over dashboard siaid it need reset which was not there when I drop the car off. I feel that the job was done very poor and no quality control to make sure customer get what promised to them. Very disappointed. I can't bring my car in the next day because I am out of town for 3 and haft weeks . Now I am wory that something go wrong with my car because of all those light on the dashboard when I return home and Lexus would not take responsible for it because it been almost 4 weeks by the time I return More
