I brought my car in for the first service and asked for the replacement of a cap on a tire that had been missing since picking up the car. They put on a plastic cap as opposed to the metal caps on the othe the replacement of a cap on a tire that had been missing since picking up the car. They put on a plastic cap as opposed to the metal caps on the other tires. In addition, I asked that the piece in the wheel well be fixed or replaced. I was told that they “found one”. Not only was it the same part, I had to remove it and reattach it myself. Expect more from Lexus. More

Ordered a new car on 3/14/20. One item left off. Then covid, factory shut down. Offered 2021 at same price. Said ok, same thing missing one item. Reordered right away.
