There's a very good reason I keep on coming back, Frank's customer service has been extraordinary all these years. He is very professional, fair and honest, and goes above and beyond to keep me as a loyal customer. I am very grateful to Frank, more so this time around that I switched to a new car living in Tampa, the logistics were a bit complicated, and he and his team did an outstanding job. Great car buying experience with Zee From the first time I spoke with Zee, he was super responsive, friendly and not aggressive as some car sales reps can be, Due to the current stay at From the first time I spoke with Zee, he was super responsive, friendly and not aggressive as some car sales reps can be, Due to the current stay at home restrictions, our entire process was handled smoothly without ever stepping foot in the dealership. That alone was an awesome experience for someone like me, who would prefer to buy online and have delivered vs going into a dealership. There was no charge to delivery my car and return my current leased vehicle, despite the fact that we live 100 miles from the dealership. Zee delivered the vehicle personally and we finalized the transaction very quickly, signing all documents in the back hatch of my new RX 350. He hooked up our garage door, cells phones to Bluetooth and Apple play and answered any questions we had. The lease return was even easier. It was a pleasure doing business with Pembroke Pines and Zee Hanif. I would recommend to friends or family I know considering a new Lexus! More
