He showed us several pre-owned vehicles they had in stock and worked with us to find the one she liked best. He didn't pressure us at all, which made us feel comfortable, as that has not been our typical experience at other dealerships we visited. We returned for a test drive and purchased the car a couple of days later. The sales manager, Jay was also very accomodating and we are satisfied with the final price we settled on.
