As I mentioned before, my initial test drive with Israel was far beyond what I expected. Through the week my wife and I went to many different Lexus dealers in search of our new car. Many test drives later, my test drive with Israel was beyond detailed. Israel knew the vehicle every single spec on the Lexus vehicles which left me impressed and SOLD. Even though I didn’t have a chance to meet manager, I wanted to tell him how good of a salesman Israel is. I really feel happy about my purchase with Lexus of Pembroke Pines and hope to keep on purchasing Lexus’ from this dealership. Once again, thank you for your time and assisting us with our new car. Unfortunately my experience wad beyond disappointing. The sales people did not care to sell me the car and did not have correct information about the car. Example: I asked if the car had key remote start The sales people did not care to sell me the car and did not have correct information about the car. Example: I asked if the car had key remote start(I was told yes, it does not) heated seats, (I was told yes, it does not)and if the floor mats were carpeted. (I was told yes, but they are rubber). Every-time I asked for more information or I asked for a specific timeframe to pick up the car I was blown off. When I dealt with the lady from finance, Fanny was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. At one point I asked if I could work with someone else, but was never given the opportunity to work with someone different. As I was signing in the office, she and her co-worker spoke only in Spanish making me feel like they were speaking about me. It made me very uncomfortable. After I got home with the car, the tint that you guys put on is bubbling up on the drivers side and one of the Lexus wheel caps is missing, the tire air valves do not have covers. It really makes me question how thoroughly you guys went over the car. More
