I was treated like a family member by everyone I met. I went to “ look around” and left with a brand new car. In under 4 hours. I recently purchased a vehicle and was charged almost 2k for permaplate protection and Lojack. I did not ask for these services and they were never explained. When I questioned them, the Manager Jorge Leon told me he can either charge me taxes or for these services. This made no sense to me but I was buying out my leased vehicle that I've already had for 3 years so I eventually agreed. However, I still have not received the services several weeks after purchasing the car which seems like a scam. Surprising because my wife and I have purchased several vehicles from Lexus of Pines over the years and I don't remember being forced to agree to permaplate and Lojack until now. More
