Ms. Gonzales, I have reached out to you on several occasion and I have not received a response. I called Lexus Financial to cancel the warranty for the tires and the maintenance plan and I was told by the representative that I would not be able to get a refund because the payment that I thought I had paid for these 2 service was actually put towards that the down payment. The representative told me that if I cancel the 2 plans it would go back to the dealership so you guys did the bait and switch. I will now have to forward all the information to Lexus Corporate Office. I know that it was my fault not reading the papers that was given to me (by the way it was on a thumb drive). The Finance Manager offer both services and I told him that I would prefer to put it on my credit card instead of it being included in my monthly payment. THIS IS MY 3RD LEXUS BUT I WOULD NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE. As I mention in my first post. I have told everyone that I have encounter NOT to purchase a Lexus. It's not the brand it is the dealership. Lexus of Pembroke Pines!!!
