Israel and Mikhail were amazing! They were with me through the entire process and it felt like family. Every question was answered. The phone calls and follow ups were timely. The representatives in the finance department respected my decisions and was not "pushy". Everyone was patient and my dream car was delivered. The dreaded 8 hours at the car dealership was non existent! 4 hours TOTAL on my 3 trips to the dealership (to "window shop", to test drive, to pick up)! I returned a week later for my tints and that process was seamless. This was my first Lexus purchase and this experience felt like luxury. Kudos to the entire team! More
