Overall, I am very unsatisfied with the level of professionalism I encountered on 10/31/2025 starting by my sales rep Luis, to Frank the Sales Manager in which I spoke to and we agreed and texted o professionalism I encountered on 10/31/2025 starting by my sales rep Luis, to Frank the Sales Manager in which I spoke to and we agreed and texted on a price including the security deposit, to then speaking to the GM Andre who only expressed how "great of a deal" I received as opposed to all the hours and time and energy spent negotiating on a car at the last minute with Moes in Finance which I had already reserved and was to only sign documents and collect the keys. I asked for a handle that broke in my seat to be repaired during my oil change. The service adviser acknowledged that he would take care of it. However, and it wasn't even touched and the handle was left in during my oil change. The service adviser acknowledged that he would take care of it. However, and it wasn't even touched and the handle was left in my center console at pickup. Unfortunately I had to leave before I could address it. I also still have a pending vehicle recall that wasn't addressed. I used to drive all the way to North Miami Lexus with previous Lexus vehicles I owed. I think I will start driving back there for service because this is not working out. The only positive thing to give the rating was I had the service completed in less than 2 hours. More
