The process was not complicated. However the car delivered was not 100% in good shape. The leather seats had cracks and inside was not totally clean. There was also the strange odor inside which my husband said was not good. Another issue was the wiper blades which was almost worn out and the floor mats were dirty too. I guess they were trying to hurry up to close the deal and deliver the car to us. I’m hoping the Lexus dealer will have all the issues taken care off in order for us to have a great experience and come back soon. Thank you for your time. More

Worst place I’ve ever been to! Horrible experience and emailed corporate office! They owe me $1000 for a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit that they charged on my card TWICE. Good afternoon, my problem isn't with my service provider. However, I brought my car in for issues with not being able to communicate while using my cellphone. I was told that I needed an upgrade to provider. However, I brought my car in for issues with not being able to communicate while using my cellphone. I was told that I needed an upgrade to be able to communicate while driving. To my surprise, the cost was $189.00 and would take up to three hours. I am a previous owner of a Lexus. I love my car and speak very highly of Lexus service; however, I was and still am disappointed to have to pay for an update to be able to communicate via the phone while driving. As a former Lexus owner, I have always appreciated the quality of the brand and have praised Lexus service. However, I am frustrated that I have to pay for an upgrade simply to be able to communicate via phone while driving. This is not the level of service I expect from a luxury brand.
