Kawain was great and Mr. Crespo in finance was great also but whoever was in charge of the detail and delivery should be fired. My brand new SUV was damaged with scratches al Crespo in finance was great also but whoever was in charge of the detail and delivery should be fired. My brand new SUV was damaged with scratches all over. We were told it will wash out which was a lie. Due to the distance from my home to the dealership combined with our employment and family commitments and no loaner vehicle provided We have now secured a third party paint expert at our own personal expense. This reveals that the paint has been damaged and needs correction to include the entire vehicle being buffed and polished to include rewaxing of all panels. More
